Ronkonkoma, NY Metro Realty Services, LLC negotiated five sales totaling $9.91 million.

• Jeremy Hackett of Metro Realty sold 5,000 s/f at 119 Gary Way, Ronkonkoma to 119 Gary Way LLC for $1.375 million. Hackett represented the buyer and Kathleen Bardekoff of KPB Realty Inc. represented the seller, Sportsman Holding LLC.

• Andrew Blumenthal and Mark Timpone of Metro Realty Services, sold 7,000 s/f at 39 Hancock Pl., Valley Stream to Simon Tung for $1.86 million. Blumenthal and Timpone represented the buyer and the seller, Equinox Realty USA LLC.

• Hackett sold 20,400 s/f at 35-45 Kean St., West Babylon to 45 Kean LLC for $3.5 million. Hackett represented the buyer and the seller, Kean Babylon Inc.

• Hackett sold 4,600 s/f at 441 Falmouth Rd., West Babylon to 441 Falmouth Rd LLC for $1.275 million. Hackett represented the buyer and the seller, TJS Management LLC.

• Hackett of Metro Realty Services, LLC sold 6,420 s/f at 1598 Lakeland Ave., Bohemia to Roma 1598 Holdings LLC for $1.9 million. Hackett represented the seller, Lakevet Realty Corp, and Niko Khetaguri of Alliance Real Estate Corp represented the buyer, Roma 1598 Holdings LLC.

• Nicholas Romano of Metro Realty leased a 13,376 s/f industrial building at 250 Knickerbocker Ave., Bohemia to Alta Industrial Equipment New York LLC. Romano represented the landlord, Robert Birnbaum, and Tommy Rosati of Colliers Int’l. LI LLC represented the tenant.
