Hauppauge, NY Metro Realty Services completed the following transactions:

375-377 Sheffield Avenue - West Babylon, NY

Jeremy Hackett of Metro Realty Services, LLC sold 4,550 s/f at 375-377 Sheffield Ave., West Babylon to Dercada Inc. for $875,000. Hackett represented both the seller, Koology LLC, and the buyer.

4 Pinehurst Drive - Bellport, NY

Hackett sold 15,000 s/f at 4 Pinehurst Dr., Bellport to Equipco LLC for $3.2 million. Hackett represented the seller, Torino Realty LLC, and Tommy Tsolis of Diversified Realty LI, Inc. represented the buyer.

47 New York Avenue - Westbury, NY

Hackett and Andrew Blumenthal of Metro Realty Services, LLC sold 6,188 s/f at 47 New York Ave., Westbury to 47 New York Avenue LLC for $1.55 million. Hackett represented the seller, Paa Realty LLC, and Blumenthal and Hackett represented the buyer.

Hackett sold 12,250 s/f at 5-9 Bethpage Rd., Copiague to Paa Realty LLC for $2.05 million. Hackett represented both the buyer and the seller.

Hackett sold 12,500 s/f at 31 Cleveland Ave., Bay Shore to 31 Cleveland Holding Company LLC for $2.5 million. Hackett represented both the buyer and the seller.

Hackett and Robert Misa of Metro Realty Services, LLC sold 10,000 s/f at 14 Allen Blvd., Farmingdale for $1,950,000. Hackett and Misa represented the seller, 14 Allen Realty LLC, and Frank Dean of Cleva Philips represented the buyer.

Hackett sold 4,600 s/f at 710-2 Union Pwy., Ronkonkoma for $700,000. Hackett represented the seller, JKJ Realty Co Inc. and Chuck Tabone of Newmark represented the buyer.

Blumenthal and Nicholas Romano of Metro Realty Services sold 30,000 s/f at 55 Crossways East, Bohemia to FDA Properties, LLC for $4.325 million. Blumenthal and Romano represented the seller, 55 Crossways East LLC, and Schacker Realty represented the buyer.
