Meridata signs lease renewal for 177,000 s/f HQ at 350 Hudson St.

Manhattan, NY Hudson Square Properties, a joint venture of Trinity Church Wall Street, Norges Bank Investment Management, and Hines, announced Medidata Solutions, a life sciences software company, has renewed their lease for their headquarters comprising the top five floors of 350 Hudson St. through 2030. Medidata Solutions will continue to occupy 177,000 s/f – more than half the building’s total square footage – and have access to a private terrace space.

The Medidata Platform is the life science industry’s only unified platform addressing the holistic clinical research process from start to finish, focused on sustainable innovation, clinical operations, patient centricity and patient outcomes. Medidata’s focus on evidence generation, data management and decentralized clinical trials (DCT) is transforming the clinical trial experience for company partners, including patients, sponsors, CROs and research sites.

Hudson Square Properties recently upgraded the building’s prewar façade and implemented an array of improvements to the ground floor of 350 Hudson. A selection of food and beverage providers and retailers including Port Said By Foragers, Maki Maki Sushi, Cava, Glaze and Pure Paws Veterinary Care is sure to enhance the tenant experience.

Paul Amrich of CBRE led lease negotiations on behalf of Hudson Square Properties. Medidata was represented by Lisa Kiell and Gabrielle Harvey of Jones Lang LaSalle.
