Meet the BMAR Members: Guarino

Richard Guarino is a managing partner at Extreme Realty LLC. He began his real estate career in 1999 at Extreme Realty. In 2003 he was promoted to managing partner with the firm. In addition to sales, he has also created and currently oversees the training program at Extreme Realty. In 2007, he joined BMAR. He now serves as the vice president of the Manhattan Residential Division and works with some of the most respected names in real estate.
