Meet the BMAR Member - Gupta

Ram Gupta is the president and founder of Chatam Management Co., Inc. He began his career in the United States as an entry-level accountant and decided to open his own real estate business in 1976. Thirty-five years later, his real estate portfolio consists of properties all over the United States, including strip-centers, office and mixed-use/apartment buildings throughout the tri-state area. He is an active member of the Bronx Realty Advisory Board and was honored by the BMAR with the Outstanding Service Award in 2008.
