McLaughlin of NAI Platform reps seller in $2.4 million apartment sale

Felton McLaughlin of NAI Platform represented the seller and Tom Cairns of NAI Platform represented the buyer of 357-363 Morris St. The 31-unit apartment building sold for $2.4 million. The building was built in 1929 by Albany Medical Center to house nurses who work at the hospital. It still houses people who work at Albany Medical Center, but the biggest tenant group is medical school students and other grad school students.
