McIndoo of Community Commercial sells $700,000
Todd McIndoo, Community CommercialValley Stream, NY Todd McIndoo of Community Commercial and David Jagarnaut of DJR Realty closed sale of mixed-use property located at 82 Rockaway Ave. for $700,000. McIndoo represented the seller and Jagarnaut represented the buyer.
This two-story property consists of 6,200 s/f of commercial retail and office space. Located in the downtown area, the property is accessed by the Long Island Railroad or via local roads. Adjacent to the property is a large municipal parking lot.
