Maynard of Zere Real Estate Services completes sale of 1,700 s/f office building

William Maynard, associate broker of Zere Real Estate Services, sold a free-standing commercial office building. The commercial property is a total of 1,700 s/f located at 12 Bank Ave. Maynard said, " We knew this exclusive listing would not be around for long.
