Massey Knakal brokers a total of $8.9m for two Manhattan props.

Massey Knakal Realty Services (MK) has completed two sales totaling $8.9 million. The deals include: * The $5.25 million sale of a four-story, mixed-use building at 25 Prince St. in the Nolita neighborhood. The walk-up property is 21 ft.-wide. The ground floor retail space is leased until February 2010. The property contains 3,735 s/f. MK broker Robert Burton represented the seller. * The $3.65 million sale of a residential development site with fully approved plans for a six-story, three-family residence at 229 East 2nd St. in Alphabet City. The property is located on the south side of East 2nd St. between Aves. B and C. The approved plans call for 7,672 s/f above grade including a triplex, two duplexes and 1,000 s/f of private roof deck space. The property was sold to Brooklyn developers. MK broker Michael DeCheser exclusively the seller. MK was the sole broker.
