Marvin of Olmstead represents the landlord in 7,604 s/f lease at 270 Lafayette St. to Exis Capital

Hedge fund Exis Capital Management has leased 7,604 s/f at 270 Lafayette St. in SoHo, according to the Olnick Organization, the building's owner. The term is ten years. Exis Capital, which will take occupancy of its 11th floor space this month, is relocating from 767 Third Ave. Exis Capital is a long-short equity hedge fund that has been in business for ten years. "The tenant was seeking an attractive SoHo location with great light and views, and 270 Lafayette was the perfect match," said Steven Marvin, executive managing director at Olmstead Properties, Inc., who represented the Olnick Organization.
