What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? Our firm concentrates on locating properties for lease and for the many buyer investors we service. We have successfully closed a few 1031 exchanges in the past year and hope to continue that service specifically because we enjoy the challenges of locating the right properties for our buyers in the allotted time frame that 1031s require. We also enjoy the diversity of seeking out properties in various states and not just here in the Tri-State area. Hobbies: Music, art, theater, cooking, wine tasting, staying fit, doing puzzles and traveling. Person you admire most (outside of family): I admire people in general who are honest, trustworthy and giving - people who have integrity and leave an impression by setting a good example for others to follow. Keys to success: I believe the key to success is to enjoy your work and to be dedicated to it and to your clients. If you had to choose another vocation what would it be? I would have loved to sing professionally.
