* The $159,000 lease purchase of the 2,400 s/f Fay Road convenience store, between Nick Dimkos and Singh Petroleum, LLC, located at 807 Fay Rd. in the Westvale area of Syracuse; and
* The $145,000 sale of the Oompa's Pizzeria, between GMA Ventures, LLC and Raja Abdul Karim, located at 201 Milton Ave. in the Tipperary Hill area of Syracuse.
