Markisoto joins IVI as senior project manager

IVI International, Inc., a leading construction risk management and due diligence consultancy, has hired Rick Markisoto as senior project manager/client service relationship manager for debt and equity accounts, according to Robert Occhiogrossi, R.A., NCARB, LEED AP, and director of technical services for the firm. In his new role, Markisoto will serve as a liaison between IVI's architects and engineers and debt and equity clients and brokers. He will consult with them on the due diligence services being provided by IVI and work to ensure that any architectural or engineering concerns are addressed. "Rick will be an excellent addition to our team of due diligence and property assessment professionals," said Mr. Occhiogrossi. "His familiarity with the both debt and equity client requirements makes him a great fit for this position and we look forward to adding his expertise to the inventory of what we offer clients." Mr. Markisoto has 40 years of industry experience including 27 years as an owner of Jenmark Associates, a national consulting firm specializing in services to lenders and equity clients. During his tenure with Jenmark, Mr. Markisoto was active in both the preparation and the review of Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), providing technical acuity to the PCA platform, with an emphasis on standards related to both lenders and equity clients. Mr. Markisoto will be based in IVI's White Plains office, where he will support its debt and equity PCA platform on a national basis.
