Manhattan Skyline Management welcomes Inspire Orthodontics to 1,357 s/f at West River House

Manhattan, NY Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. has signed a long-term lease with Inspire Orthodontics at 424 West End Ave. in the Upper West Side neighborhood.

Situated within Manhattan Skyline’s 22-story, 230-unit luxury rental apartment building West River House, Inspire Orthodontics will operate from a 1,357 s/f  street-level space with 44 feet of prominent frontage on West End Ave. Led by Dr. Reem Abdulrahman, the practice is now open.

“We’re pleased to welcome Inspire Orthodontics to West River House,” said Joshua Roth, senior vice president of retail at Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. “Residents and families living in this bustling Upper West Side neighborhood will certainly benefit from the superior patient care services that Dr. Reem’s practice provides.”

Roth represented Manhattan Skyline in the long-term lease transaction. Inspire Orthodontics was represented by independent broker Dr. Richard Hittman. The space was formerly occupied by Poppyseed Pre-Nursery.

West River House’s residences offer features such as windowed eat-in-kitchens, wood-burning fireplaces, picture windows, terraces and balconies to take full advantage of the Hudson River and city views.

One of the few post-war properties on West End Ave., the building features an unusually large number of amenities including a fully equipped fitness center, a resident lounge, multipurpose room, landscaped and furnished roof deck, racquetball court and a children’s playroom. The full-service building is pet friendly, features a 24-hour doorman, Sky’s the Limit Concierge Services, a laundry room on every floor and an attended parking garage.

Located between Riverside Park and Central Park, West River House is within walking distance to the American Museum of Natural History, the New York Historical Society and the Children’s Museum.

The Calhoun School is located across the street from the property. Nearby transportation access includes the 1, 2, 3, B and C subway lines and multiple bus routes.

Dr. Reem received her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Temple University and her Certificate of Orthodontics from Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA. She specializes in airway-focused orthodontics, which develop the airway in conjunction with aligning the teeth.

“I’m thrilled to launch my new practice, Inspire Orthodontics, on the Upper West Side,” said Dr. Reem. “At Inspire, we treat kids, teens, and adults, focusing on creating brighter smiles while prioritizing airway health and better breathing. My goal is to empower my patients with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions for their overall well-being while obtaining their perfect smile”
