Manhattan Skyline Management welcomes ConnectOne Bank to 2,00 s/f at 78B Park Place

East Hampton, NY According to Manhattan Skyline Management Corp., ConnectOne Bank has opened a new, 2,000 s/f retail banking location at 78B Park Place. This marks the regional bank’s second location in East Hampton, joining its 14 Main St. branch.

Founded by Frank Sorrentino in 2005 after struggling to find a bank that could meet his needs as a small business owner, ConnectOne now provides personal and business banking solutions at branches across New Jersey, New York and South Florida. 

This new location features 772 s/f of ground level space with 10 ft. of store frontage, in addition to 1,200 s/f on a lower level.

Neighboring tenants to ConnectOne’s new space include Les toiles du Soleil, New York Pilates, Amber Waves, Eberjey, Kumiso, and Park Place Wines & Liquors. Other East Hampton Village tenants include Vilebrequin, Nili Lotan, Diptyque, Gucci, Todd Snyder, Polo Ralph Lauren, Louis Vuitton, Loro Piana, Prada, Blue Mercury, Brunello Cucinelli and James Perse.

Roth represented Manhattan Skyline in the long-term lease transaction. ConnectOne was represented by Lee Minetree of Saunders & Associates.
