Manhattan Skyline Management brings No Standing NYC to 1,320 s/f at 65-69 West Houston St.

Manhattan, NY Manhattan Skyline Management Corp., negotiated a new long-term lease with No Standing NYC, a vintage and secondhand retailer, at 65-69 West Houston St., a street-level location at the intersection of SoHo and Greenwich Village.

No Standing NYC was founded in 2019 by New Yorkers Sari Cattan and Helena Dweck, who started out curating and selling their favorite pieces from their grandmothers’ closets. It has since become a business with items sourced from around the world and sold both in-store and online.

With a name that illustrates their support for the circular economy, No Standing NYC will occupy a 1,320 s/f space accented by 13-ft. ceilings and 75 ft. of store frontage on the SoHo side of West Houston St.

“We are pleased to welcome No Standing NYC to its new SoHo location,” said Joshua Roth, senior vice president of retail at Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. “Sari and Helena are quintessential New Yorkers whose passion for luxury fashion and commitment to authenticity has established No Standing NYC as an important part of the fabric of the neighborhood. We know that this new, expanded location will be a valued source of ethical high-end shopping for SoHo residents and visitors alike.

Roth handled the deal on behalf of Manhattan Skyline.”

“We are thrilled to relocate our concept, which brings sustainably sourced and affordable fashion to closets everywhere, to Manhattan Skyline’s West Houston Street location,” said Helena Dweck, co-founder of No Standing NYC. “We look forward to welcoming new and returning customers who are in search of unique items that will stand the test of time while also remaining true to our SoHo roots. After years of popping up, we are finally home.”

This new deal further activates this important stretch of Houston St., located between West Broadway and the cobblestoned Wooster St. Located near Greenwich Village, NYU and Washington Square Park, No Standing NYC is situated next door to Japanese restaurant Shiki Omakase at Manhattan Skyline’s 73 West Houston St.
