Mancini of Five Point Real Estate brokers $935,000 sale
Melville NY Five Point Real Estate handled the sale of a former AT&T location. The subject, which was vacant at the time of the sale, is located at 594 Walt Whitman Rd.
The sale price was $935,000.
Jerry Mancini of Five Point Real Estate represented both the buyer, a private LI investor, and the seller, Jerry Nazarian.
