Mako honored by Upstate N.Y. Chapter of Appraisal Institute

Warwick, NY The Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute awarded, John Mako, MAI, SRA of Syracuse the second annual G. Richard Kelley Memorial Award. Former chapter president Susan Baldwin, MAI presented the award to Mako. The late G. Richard Kelley, MAI of Syracuse was an icon to the appraisal profession in a career that spanned over 54 years. The award goes to an individual who makes a significant contribution to the chapter, the appraisal profession or their local community. The Appraisal Institute is recognized as the leader in the real estate appraisal industry and is one of the oldest organizations of real estate appraisers in the world. Mako, MAI, a managing director of Cushman Wakefield, Inc., has vast experience in the appraisal of a large variety of properties for public, institutional and private clients throughout New York State and other parts of the United States.
