Majerovsky of Citywide reps tenant in 5,000 s/f lease at 158 W. 29th Street
According to Citywide Properties, Inc., Angelsoft has expanded and will relocate to the entire 11th floor at 158 West 29th St. from East 23rd St.
"Although the terms of the lease were undisclosed, the 5,000 s/f space consists of several built window offices, reception area, conference room, work station and new windows with plenty
of sunlight," said Sasha Majerovsky of Citywide Properties, Inc., who represented the tenant. Harvey Drucker of BRO Realties, LLC. represented the landlord in-house.
Angelsoft is a fast-growing Web 2.0 company founded by David S. Rose, described by Red Herring magazine as "patriarch of New York's Silicon Alley."
The offices will also house Rose Tech Ventures, the company's parent venture capital firm, which has funded over 40 startups in the city's rapidly expanding technology sector.
