Although the details of the transaction were undisclosed, the 12-story, 84,000 s/f  building built in 1928 and located in the Chelsea submarket  has asking rents in the mid to high 30s per s/f.
The building's 24/7 attended lobby was recently renovated. The  space itself  with six windows, private bathroom, high ceilings and open area is well suited for the theatre's specific needs.
