Mack-Cali leases 1,147,218 s/f during fourth quarter

Mack-Cali Realty Corp. leased 642,394 s/f of office and office/flex properties in Northern and Central NJ during the fourth quarter. Portfolio-wide, Mack-Cali leased 1,147,218 s/f of space during the quarter. Highlights of the fourth quarter transactions include: * A 211,573 s/f lease for New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, in Paramus. The tenant was represented in the transaction by Marc Rosenberg of Cushman & Wakefield. * A 70,932 s/f lease for AECOM Technology Corp. in Piscataway. Adam Foster and Wesley Moore of CBRE represented the tenant. Mack-Cali was represented in-house by Toni Casiano, senior director of leasing.
