Perth, NY According to CBRE-Albany, the company has brokered the sale of 4178 and 4184 Rte. 30 for $357,000.

4184 Route 30 is a former Stewarts that is occupied by Case Supply Inc. 4178 Route 30 is a former bank branch that will be converted into a pharmacy.

John MacAffer and Eric Simonds of CBRE-Albany represented the seller, Dimark Development, while Hanna Commercial Real Estate represented the purchaser, Keshu, LLC.
