CBRE-Albany arranged the sale of 400 Delaware Ave. and 27 Stanwix St. The property is a 47 unit apartment building on .37 acres.
John MacAffer and Eric Simonds, CCIM of CBRE-Albany represented the seller, Delaware Stanwix Partners, LLC and Polsinello Group represented the purchaser, Delaware Stanwix Apartments, LLC.
The property transferred for $2.15 million.
