Long Island Magazine honors Certilman Balin at annual luncheon

Long Island Magazine, a publication of the Long Island Association, selected Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP as its 2008 MVP in Professional Services. This award recognizes Certilman Balin's growth, employee programs and community involvement. On Thursday, September 23rd at the Long Island Association's Annual Luncheon at the Crest Hollow Country Club, Brian Ziegler, a partner in the corporate practice group, and Ira Adler, a partner in the cooperative and condominium practice group accepted the plaque on behalf of the firm. Tony Blair, the former prime minister of the United Kingdom, was the honored guest at the luncheon which was attended by 1,300 people. Bernard Hyman, the firm's managing partner, said, "To be recognized by the Long Island Association as an MVP in this competitive and highly experienced professional services sector is a great honor for our firm. We accept the award on behalf of our clients and employees who have remained loyal to our firm throughout the decades. Their success has enabled our success, which has impacted the growth of our local region. This award inspires us to do more."
