New York, NY Industry veteran Thomas Lloyd has joined CBRE Group, Inc. as a senior managing director, investor services, for the greater New York City region, which includes Long Island, Westchester and Connecticut.

“Tom has a strong track record in operational excellence,” said Matthew Van Buren, president, northeast division.” His outstanding strategic business planning and client relationship skills will add enormous value to CBRE’s business—and our business development. We see him as the ideal choice to continue our thoughtful and responsive management of asset services.”

Lloyd brings a wealth of property investment and management experience to his new role, most recently as senior director, Property Management, at Tishman Speyer. For more than a decade, Tom led all day-to-day operations for its prestigious real estate portfolio across the northeast region, including such iconic assets as Rockefeller Center, the Chrysler Building and the MetLife Building. In tandem with focusing on Asset Services, Lloyd will play an integral role in coordinating the delivery of CBRE’s other investor lines of business, working out of CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan offices at 200 Park Ave.

“We look forward to having Tom aboard as a seasoned expert,” said Norman Bertke, executive managing director, Asset Services, East Region. “He will provide forward-looking leadership as we work to expand our presence and augment our performance across Investor Services in the region.”
