Lidl US opens new store at Mayfair Shopping Center - managed by LMC

Commack, NY Lidl US has celebrated its grand opening at Mayfair Shopping Center. Repeatedly recognized for its shopping experience, with multiple rankings among the top U.S. grocers, Lidl joins a diverse mix of national and regional tenants at the 222,000 s/f Jericho Tpke. property.

Commercial real estate services firm Levin Management Corp. (LMC) serves as exclusive leasing and managing agent for Mayfair Shopping Center.

“Mayfair Shopping Center’s position as a go-to shopping center dates back more than 60 years, and the presence of a grocer here has long been a staple for the Commack community,” said LMC’s Melissa Sievwright, vice president of marketing. “We are thrilled to continue this legacy with Lidl and look forward to working together for years to come.”

Lidl offers customers the highest-quality fresh produce, meat, bakery items and a wide array of household products at low prices. Lidl first established its U.S. headquarters in Arlington County, VA, in 2015, and today sells its products in more than 150 stores across nine east coast states.

Mayfair Shopping Center has welcomed a number of new tenants over the past year, also including Planet Fitness, Runway Clothing, The Crushed Olive and Bagel Toasterie. Two new restaurants (Meet Izakaya Ramen Bar and JBBQ & Shabu Shabu) are coming soon to the property.
