Licht of NAI Mertz reps buyer in $5.05 million sale of 73,500 synagogue

NAI Mertz has completed the $5.05 million sale of 2901 Chapel Ave. Jeffrey Licht, SIOR, senior VP at NAI Mertz and chairperson of NAI Global's Industrial Council, represented the buyer, Impacting Your World Ministries. Colliers represented the seller, Congregation Beth El, in the sale of their 73,500 s/f, 10-acre synagogue/community and school campus. For Congregation Beth El, the sale proceeds will fund the final stage to consolidate its campuses into their new location at 8000 Main St., Voorhees. Beth El previously constructed an educational center on the 10-acre Voorhees site. Construction of their new sanctuary, social hall and chapel is complete.
