Licht named NAI global industrial council chairperson for 2 years
Jeffrey Licht, SIOR, senior vice president of NAI Mertz Corp. has been appointed chairperson of NAI Global's Industrial Council. This appointment was made official at NAI Global's International Convention in Las Vegas. Licht succeeds Jim Caronna, SIOR of NAI KLNB in Baltimore, MD.
Licht will serve a two-year term as chairperson. He has been an active member of the council for six years, including two consecutive two-year positions in the last four years, first as council secretary and then as vice chairperson. NAI Global comprises 8,000 real estate professionals in 375 offices throughout 55 countries.
