LIBDC’s 49th annual economic development conference brought together business and government leaders

East Meadow, NY Richard Herzbach (resident of Hauppauge), partner in the Condominium and Cooperative Law Department Practice Group at Certilman Balin, moderated a panel entitled Economic Growth; Developers Leading the Way at the 49th Annual Economic Development Conference held by the Long Island Business Development Council. The Conference ran from September 26-28 at The Montauk Yacht Club. Herzbach was joined by panelists, Steven Krieger, partner of the Engel-Burman Group; James Coughlan, co-founder of TRITEC Real Estate Group; and Matt Whalen, senior vice president of development of the AvalonBay Communities. The conference brings together business and government leaders to discuss the region’s top sectors, the economy and more.
