Lanyard, Finkelstein, and Huter of The Goldstein Group broker $2.95 million sale
President Chuck Lanyard of The Goldstein Group brokered the sale of 445 Terrill Rd. to Covington Realty Partners for $2.95 million. The seller, RGK Development Inc. was represented by VP Lew Finkelstein and CJ Huter of The Goldstein Group.
The 6,240 s/f retail building is currently an Advance Auto Parts store.
"We are delighted to have represented the sale of this prime retail site," said Lanyard.
"As we begin to see more and more retail investment properties getting sold at rather strong selling prices, this is a trend we expect to see continue."
