Kuppersmith and Sullivan of C&W arrange 2,754 s/f long-term lease for Steinway & Sons
Manhasset, NY Cushman & Wakefield arranged a long-term, 2,754 s/f lease for Steinway & Sons, maker of some of the world’s finest pianos, at 1488 Northern Blvd.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Robert Kuppersmith and Connor Sullivan represented the tenant.
“We are thrilled to have found a premier space for Steinway & Sons in this strategically located retail center that offers exceptional visibility along Northern Blvd.,” said Kuppersmith.
1488 Northern Blvd.is a 12,928 s/f retail center that features 65 parking spaces. Additional tenants include Huntington Learning Center and Sandro’s Italian.
The property is located off Northern Blvd., within minutes to the Manhasset and Plandome Commuter Rail Stations. The asset is within a 30-minute drive to La Guardia Airport and John F. Kennedy International Airport.
