Koeppel Rosen leases 1,572 s/f to YL Acupuncture

Manhattan, NY Koeppel Rosen LLC, leasing and management agent for the Rosen family portfolio, and stewards for a number of local office properties, said that YL Acupuncture has secured a new long-term office lease at 389 Fifth Ave.

YL Acupuncture agreed to a 10-year, 10-month lease, comprising 1,572 s/f on the 11th floor of the building. The tenant was represented in the transaction by Bradley Cohn and Jeff Buslik with Adams & Company, while ownership was represented in-house by Max Koeppel.

YL Acupuncture is a professional acupuncturist offering services including pain relief, holistic wellness, and traditional Chinese energy balancing, delivered through evidence-based, patient-centered care.

They are expected to move into their new space at 389 Fifth Ave. by Q4 2025.

Built in 1922, 389 Fifth Ave. is a 123,195 s/f, 12-story building with office and showroom space on the corner of Fifth Ave. and East 36th St. The building is fully renovated, featuring windows on three sides and a new lobby and corridors, upgraded elevators, and new restrooms. With an attended lobby, the building is accessible 24/7/365 via a key-card system.

The roster of tenants leasing space at 389 Fifth Ave. includes GMA Accessories Inc., Bridge Medical and Action Without Borders. The building is near a variety of mass transit lines and offers proximity to Grand Central Terminal and Penn Station.
