Friedman-Roth Realty Services has brokered the $2.7 million sale of a building located at 696 Tenth Ave. The building, located between West 48th St. and West 49th St., is a five-story walk-up apartment building consisting of 13 apartments and two stores. One apartment and one store were delivered vacant at closing.
Linda Koch, an associate broker at Friedman-Roth Realty Services, represented the buyer and seller.
