Klosed Properties and Oliam complete $1.1 million sale

Brooklyn, NY Klosed Properties & Oliam Properties have completed the $1.1 million purchase of 1485 Fulton St., a mixed-use building in Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood. The building includes two 3-bedroom apartments and one retail store. The building was delivered vacant.

“This stretch of Fulton is experiencing a resurgence. New bars, restaurants, and fitness facilities in the area are catering to many of the residents of Bed-Stuy that love the community feel” said Ryan Powers-Tapp, senior director of acquisitions.

This closing marks our 11th acquisition of 2016, while we are currently under contract to purchase 5 additional properties in NYC and the boroughs.
