King, Lang and Leary establish CPEX Real Estate in Brooklyn
Timothy King, James Lang, Brian Leary have formed CPEX Real Estate, a firm that will specialize in delivering commercial real estate services in the metropolitan area. The company will be headquartered at 32 Court St.
King and Leary will oversee the firm's business services divisions. Lang will oversee the firm's operations, sales support, administration, and business development. Collectively the three principals and co-founders, King, Lang, and Leary, have a combined century of domestic and international real estate experience.
CPEX Real Estate will provide real estate owners, property managers, and institutions with the following services: investment sales, leasing, capital markets, and advisory services.
