The Manhattes Group, LLC completed the lease of 10,992 s/f at 345 East 102nd St. to Mount Sinai Hospital. The tenant will occupy a portion of both the 2nd and 4th floors for a period of 10 years beginning in the fourth quarter.
The building, located on First Ave. on the Upper East Side, is a new component that was developed and currently owned by Glenwood Management.
