Kelleher, Lebor, Marks and Cosentino of TerraCRG close $3.325 million sale of 5,518 s/f mixed-use building

Brooklyn, NY TerraCRG has brokered the sale of 233 South 3rd St., a 5,518 s/f vacant, mixed-use building in Williamsburg for $3.325 million on July 1, 2025. The deal was exclusively brokered by Michael Kelleher, Daniel Lebor, Dan Marks and Matt Cosentino of TerraCRG.

Located off Havemeyer St., the four-story, free-market building includes two large apartments, a floor-through office, and ground-floor retail space. With 2B tax classification and proximity to top Williamsburg amenities and transit, the property offers redevelopment potential.

“This sale highlights the continued strong demand for well-located, flexible assets in Williamsburg. 233 South 3rd St. presents a rare opportunity to reposition a building in a highly-desirable neighborhood with tremendous upside potential,” said Kelleher, director of investment sales at TerraCRG.
