Kelleher appointed president of Simone Healthcare Development Group

Simone Healthcare Development Group, a division of Simone Development Companies has appointed Joseph Kelleher as its president. Joseph Simone, principal of Simone Healthcare Development Group and president of Simone Development, made the announcement. "Joe Kelleher's combination of vast experience and wise judgment make him the ideal senior executive to guide Simone Healthcare Development Group as we grow in response to increasing client demand for our services as a full-service health care real estate development and management partner," Simone said. "Simone Healthcare Development Group represents a new stage in the evolution of our longstanding relationship with the medical community in the New York City metropolitan region. As hospitals and other health care providers look for new and innovative ways of delivering the best care, we are partnering with them to develop and manage the new facilities they need in order to accomplish those goals."
