Karr, Goldmacher and Goldman of NKF arrange 44,432 s/f expansion
Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) represented Sagent Advisors Inc. in an expansion of its headquarters at 299 Park Ave.
NKF managing director Dennis Karr, vice chairman Neil Goldmacher, and executive managing director Brian Goldman negotiated the 10-year lease for the expansion of the investment banking firm to 44,432 s/f. The space encompasses the entire 9th floor and the majority of the 8th floor of the 42-story, 1.1 million s/f class A office tower. The transaction involved a sublease from UBS, as well as, an extension of term directly from the building owner, Fisher-Park Lane.
UBS was represented in negotiations by agents of CBRE.
