Rosewood Realty Group brokered the sale of 2026 Ocean Ave. in Midwood for $11.25 million. The sale of the seven-story, Â 58-unit, 61,000 s/f elevator building with a parking garage and several doctor's offices, Â represents 12.7 times the rent roll. Aaron Jungreis, of Rosewood Realty represented both the buyer, Herald Realty, LLC, and the seller, IJD Realty.
"This is a very vital, neighborhood near Brooklyn college and a great shopping district,'' said Jungreis. "The neighborhood is a prime residential area."
