Jess joins Creighton Manning Engineering as project manager

Albany, NY According to Creighton Manning, Rob Jess, PE joined the firm as a project manager in the civil engineering group. Jess brings 30 years of experience in civil site development, previously serving as a vice president of site development at American Natural Gas and senior site development manager for Lowe’s. Jess is charged with leading site design, permitting and construction of the firm’s commercial, residential and public works projects.
