What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2013? : I think commercial real estate in 2013 will continue to succeed, built spaces will see stronger leasing activity, as shorter term leases will be in greater demand. As such, I see prices increasing. What are your resolutions for 2013? : For 2013, my main goal is expansion. I would like to increase my teams deal volume as well as increase the size of my team, hoping to add a few additional members.
