Smithtown, NY New York Commercial Real Estate LTD’s Kareem Jack Jawdat, president, and Richard Pino, associate broker, have closed a $7 million deal on October 12th. The joint deal was for the properties 550 Smithtown Bypass, Smithtown, a 25,000 s/f retail strip center, and 119 N. Wellwood, Lindenhurst, a 15,000 s/f mixed-use retail/office building. New York Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer and seller.
“New York Commercial Real Estate is dedicated to building strong relationships with our clients, which is one of the major reasons we are so successful,” said Jawdat.
“Patience, persistence, and hard work triumph,” Pino said was the key to closing this deal.
When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
