Jawdat and Pino of New York Commercial Real Estate broker $7 million

Smithtown, NY New York Commercial Real Estate LTD’s Kareem Jack Jawdat, president, and Richard Pino, associate broker, have closed a $7 million deal on October 12th. The joint deal was for the properties 550 Smithtown Bypass, Smithtown, a 25,000 s/f retail strip center, and 119 N. Wellwood, Lindenhurst, a 15,000 s/f mixed-use retail/office building. New York Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer and seller.

“Patience, persistence, and hard work triumph,” Pino said was the key to closing this deal.
