Jack Resnick & Sons welcomes Pearson VUE to 255 Greenwich St.

Manhattan, NY Jack Resnick & Sons negotiated a new 10-year, 11,716 s/f office lease with Pearson VUE, Inc. at 255 Greenwich St., Resnick’s 14-story office building in the Financial District.

Founded in 1994, Pearson VUE is an information technology services firm. The company will occupy a portion of the building’s fifth floor in a few months.

Jack Resnick & Sons was represented in-house by managing director Adam Rappaport and executive managing director Brett Greenberg. Pearson VUE was represented by senior vice president Mike McKenna of Cresa.

“We are pleased to welcome Pearson VUE to 255 Greenwich,” said Jonathan Resnick, president of Jack Resnick & Sons. “As demonstrated by this agreement, Lower Manhattan and 255 Greenwich continue to be a magnet for innovation-focused organizations attracted to the neighborhood’s vibrancy.”

255 Greenwich St. is situated at the intersection of Tribeca, the Financial District and the World Trade Center. The 625,000 s/f tower is surrounded by upscale restaurants, shops, entertainment venues and residential developments.

Other prominent tenants at the Wired Score Platinum certified office building include the City of New York’s Office of Management and Budget, Borough of Manhattan Community College, Cornell University and the Ichan School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Popular retailer Target anchors the retail at the corner of Greenwich Street and Park Place.
