Hauppauge NY Island Associates completed three leases at 490 Wheeler Rd.:

Island Associates negotiated a lease for 2,600 s/f of office space to Urtasker Inc., a web-based IT company.  The long-term lease includes a full build-out.

Island Associates negotiated a lease agreement for 670 s/f of office space to Moriarity Therapy Practice for their clinical therapy practice. The tenant has already taken occupancy of the space under the new lease.

Island Associates negotiated a long-term lease extension with The Retreat, who has been in the building for over seven years and occupies 4,600 s/f.
