Manhattan, NY Isa Realty Group, LLC completed a lease signing with Mochidoki at 176 Spring St. in SoHo.

“We are happy to say that we have secured a fantastic location for our client at 176 Spring St.,” said Isa Realty Group director Louis Franco. “The timing couldn’t be better for Mochidoki to enter this dynamic corridor with many retailers having their Manhattan flagships just steps away.”

Mochidoki signed a lease for the 268 s/f inline space that was formerly occupied by LeSportsac. Franco, along with colleague Joseph Isa, represented the tenant while Time Equities represented building owner.

“This is Mochidoki’s first stand-alone NYC store and they will do incredibly well at this location,” said Franco. “Anyone that knows Spring Street foot traffic will attest that it is truly a seven day a week, night and day corridor and one of the busiest retail stretches in New York City.”
