IREM Capital Region Chapter 93 to hold educational opportunities

Troy, NY IREM Capital Region Chapter 93 will be holding two educational opportunities from March 1–4. The classes being offered are Finance 402 – Financial Tools for Investment Real Estate, and Maintenance 402 – Managing the Physical Asset. Both courses will address topics that affect fiscal planning and provide attendees with the tools necessary to take control of a property’s performance. The course offerings will also help students learn how to develop and execute proactive and sustainable property management operations, by narrowing in on subjects such as planning, implementing, and monitoring. Topics will include financial knowledge in property management, budgeting and reports, cash flow analysis, capitalization and valuation, financial calculations, spreadsheet tools, financing, and loan analysis.
