Investors Bank’s New York Commercial Lending Group moves to The Chrysler Building - 666 Third Avenue

Manhattan, NY Investors Bank’s New York Commercial Lending Group moved to larger offices in Midtown. The Lending Group’s new 8,000 s/f space is located in the Chrysler East Building at 666 Third Ave., on the 27th floor.  The building is centrally located at the corner of East 42nd St. and Third Ave. Together with the original Chrysler Building, this complex, which includes a retail shopping area, is known as the Chrysler Center. The block-long property runs from Lexington to Third Aves. chief lending officer Richard Spengler said, “We have consolidated our three CRE lending teams at a larger space in Midtown Manhattan, giving us room to expand as we grow in this market.  From this central location, our CRE lending teams have greater flexibility to serve clients in the five boroughs and surrounding areas including Connecticut, Long Island, Westchester County and Upstate N.Y.”
