BlumbergExcelsior has signed a five-year lease of 12,420 s/f at 16 Court St. After over a century of doing business on the Lower East Side and Tribeca, company president & CEO Bob Blumberg decided it was time to move the company headquarters. Ingram & Hebron Realty is the exclusive leasing brokerage for 16 Court St. and represented both tenant and landlord. 16 Court St. is owned by SL Green Realty Corp. Blumberg said, "Robert Hebron displayed fortitude, patience and acumen in seeing this complicated process through to a successful conclusion. We are pleased with the end result and look forward to our tenancy at this historic location."
