Industry City completes 3 leases totaling 25,987 s/f
Industry City has signed the following five-year leases totaling 25,987 s/f:
* Next Door's, a photo studio as well as prop rental and set design business, signed a lease for 11,601 s/f at 67 34th St. for production and art fabrication.
* Sebastian Errazuriz Studio, founded 12 years ago by a South American artist and designer of the same name, signed a lease for 8,180 s/f at 32 33rd St.
* McConnell & Borow, Inc., creating unique and award-winning sets, props, and displays, signed a lease for 6,206 s/f at 88 35th St. after relocating from 239 St. Mark Ave.
